Experience: 01 – 2.5+ years of experience (including fresh graduates) in business client management, onboarding, and account support across industry sectors. Basic understanding of client engagement, sales targets, and revenue growth, with ability to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Familiar with market analysis, pipeline tracking, and regulatory compliance requirements (Bangladesh Bank, AML/CFT).
